Functions and features:
This filling line specially for 3-5gallons barreled drink water,with type QGF-100,QGF-200,QGF-300,QGF-450,QGF-600,QGF-900,QGF-1200,It intergrates bottle washing,filling and capping into one unit ,In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing ,The washing machine use multi-washing liquid spray and-thimerosal spray,This thimerosal can be used circularly,The capping machine can cap barrel automatically ,this line equips with water spraying device in order to ensure those caps sterilizer and clean .it also can automatically carry out barrel ,washing,sterilizing ,filling ,capping ,counting and products discharging ,with complete function ,modern design and high degree of automation ,it is a new kind of barreeled water auto-production line ,which intergrates mechanism ,electricity and pneumatics technologies together .
1.Automatic break protection for power leakage and short circuit;
2.Under-pressure protection: when incoming air's pressure is Less than or equal 0.5MPa, the equipment will be automatically stopped.
3.Water-shortage protection: when the level of the water tank is lower than that of the liquid switch, the equipment will be automatically stopped.
4.Remarks:We can add other functions as customer's requirements like:hot tank heating washing,bottle external washing,cap washing ,capacity note and man-machine control.

4. QGF-900 5 gallon / 20L water filling capping machine
Filling machine adopts the method of pressure filling. After the product enters the liquid cylinder, the feed pipe flows into the filling valve. Each filling valve has a backflow line to ensure the filling pressure is stable, thus ensuring the smooth filling in all cases. Cam track is used to control the filling valve to ensure the smooth filling process. Liquid level difference is controlled in 1cm. |
