The machine process is as follows:
The bottles are transferred to the three-in-one filling machine through training through the chain. A bottle clamp is installed on the turntable of the bottle washing machine, so that the bottle mouth is downward to enter the bottle washing machine. In a specific area of the bottle washing machine, a special nozzle sprays bottle washing water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle. The guide rail makes the mouth of the bottle upward. The washed bottles are output from the bottle washing machine through the bottle star wheel and transported to the filling machine. Under the action of the cam, it is lifted and lowered by the lifting mechanism, and the filling adopts the gravity filling method. After the filling is completed, the filling valve rises away from the bottle mouth valve, and the transition wheel enters the capping machine. The dial on the capping machine blocks the body of the bottle to keep the bottle upright. The capping head continuously revolves on the capping machine and realizes capping and uncoupling actions under the action of the cam to complete the entire capping process.
The finished bottles are transported from the capping machine to the bottle chain through the bottle-out dial, and the three-in-one filling machine is transported by the conveyor chain. The equipment of the whole machine is airtight, the height of the sealing window is higher than the height of the equipment, proper passages are reserved for the bottle inlet and outlet, and an exhaust groove is reserved at the bottom of the sealing window.
