Small volume powder filling machine is a general term for the conveying equipment of such fine powder materials. The system mainly consists of storage unit, dust removal unit, arch breaking and flow aid, metering and adding, pulping unit, adding, PLC automatic control unit and so on. Considering the precipitation of many substances in the pump body and pipeline, our company will start the cleaning process automatically after each dosing to alleviate the negative impact of precipitation.
The powder of lime (calcium oxide / calcium hydroxide / sodium carbonate / magnesium oxide, etc.) is transported to the storage bin by the vehicle pneumatically through the bulk tank truck, and then measured by the star feeder, the powder is transported to the lime dissolving tank by the screw conveyor, and stirred by the agitator. Preparation and slag removal, and then the prepared lime solution is added to the original water by screw pump.
The whole system is carried out in a closed environment, and the top of the silo is equipped with a dust collector and a safety valve, which effectively avoids the hazards of lime floating to the environment, and avoids the impact of dust on the health of the field operators.
The bottom of the silo is a conical structure, equipped with a special anti-bridge, broken arch density equalizer, effectively control the powder, silo bridge not powder and other phenomena.
The automatic lime feeding system consists of lime storage system, dust removal system, metering and conveying system, solution preparation system, solution feeding system and control system.
