1. Product introduction
LJJ100 label printing machine is a high performance, high efficiency, low cost real-time printing and labeling system. Collecting heat transfer printer and Labeling machine in one ,enhance the degree of automation, free from manual handling and then save time and improve efficiency.It is exclusively used for industrial automatic and high-speed production line and distribution segment of the real-time information automatic printing and pasting equipment.
2. Principle of operation
Model: heat transfer printer print out a label as per the information in computer → labels was sucked on the label sucking device → when the electric eye detects physical objects →cylinder moves the label to fix on the target surface.
3. Technical features and advantages
1) All the machine parts are installed on an aluminum plate to make the entire machine structure compact and solid.
2) Since the dynamic of label roll on printer, unwinding reel structure with damping but without power was applied to make the structure simple and reliable.
3) Rolling device (rolling of end paper of label) using pneumatic motor as power, torque can be adjusted, and may have maintained the tension of the end paper. It is with the advantage of simple control. It does not have the risk of overloading and burning the motor due to rolling block while using electric motor.
4) Labeling plate is connected with cylinder through buffering device. It will effectively relieve the impact to the target object when using pneumatic labelling.
5) The composition of the system control unit: Built-in industrial control Panel PC (touch screen), ZEBRA printing engine, PLC control unit, imported photoelectric sensors and electric components.
4. Automatic labeling technology
The label position can be achieved,Not need to add any part, top labeling, side labeling or corner labeling is available.
Major design advantages: This machine adopts the SMC double shaft cylinder, to ensure smooth operation; the front-end of labeling plate is equipped with spring for buffering to avoid the damage to the target object, also with safety switch control. When the spring is compressed to a certain amount, the cylinder will automatically return.
