We will supply standard spare parts and accessories for all machines.
If there are any damaged spare parts or accessories, we will replace them by DHL express immediately for FREE OF CHARGE during the guarantee period.
We will send technicians to install the machine and teach your staff how to use it. All the cost should be paid by customers such as visa fee, round way air tickets, meals, accommodations and $80 per day for each technician.

1. What kind of machine can we supply?
We can supply water filling machine.
2. How to get a quotation for a water filling machine?
Customers need to confirm following information first:
Bottle size? Production capacity? Labeling type? Packaging type?
3. How long is the delivery time?
It will take 45-60days. Customers need to confirm bottle drawing as early as possible.
Customers need to provide at least 100pcs preforms and caps for machine tests.
4. How to install?
We will send technicians to guide customers do installations and trainings, if customers require.
The installation takes 7-30days, depending on different capacities of production line.
Customers should prepare water and electricity, before technicians arrive at customer’s factory.
5. What guarantee can we provide?
Free spare parts will be attached to each water filling machine. It is adequate for one year's production.
We will send new parts within 72 hours if there are any parts damaged.
6. What is eletricity supply requirement?
220V, single phase, 50/60Hz.
380V, 3 phase, 50Hz.
