QGQ2Y bag on valve  is designed to produce bag on valve (BOV) aerosols for medium and big scale applications. It is suitable for filling rigid (metal and plastic and glass) containers with diameters ranging from 35 to 65 mm and height from 85 to 330 mm for 1" bag on valve. The machine has some changeable parts flexibly for different sizes of cans. 

The machine structure is epoxy-coated structural steel with stainless steel 304 as covering panel. Mechanical parts that will contact liquid material are all made of stainless steel 316 by CNC machining process to guaranteee an accurate filling and stable running.

The line is composed of essential machines and optional machine for customer decision based on investment budget consideration:

1. Empty cans feeding table: a single Ex motor is equipped, speed adjustable freely and steplessly from 4.5-23RPM.

2. Vacuumizing, propellant filling and crimping machine: PLC controlled, reliable and fast crimping, propellant can be more economic ones such as N2, Co2, Ar and even compressed air.

3. Liquid filling machine: filling liquid material into bag through the valve. There are two filling heads for standard configuration, can be customized to three filling heads based on customer's request.

4. Online weigh checking machine, with our any interruption to the line running, 100% online checking, wrong products will be rejected auotmatically.

5. Labeling and ink jet printing machine: optional for customer, print products information such as manufacture date, expiry date for quality traceability control

6. Actuator and cap pressing machine, high efficiency and save labor cost

7. Conveyors are all stainless steel for nice and clean view with Ex motors.
