Main Structures and Characteristics:

 

1.SIEMENS S7-200 control unit is adopted for automatic control of all processes. Washing, disinfecting and CO2 pressure preparation will be automatically finished.

2.lye water, disinfecting water can be recycled to save water.

3.Adopt pneumatic angle vale combination to ensure a safe work.

4.Frame, working station, pipeline and valves are all by stainless steel, all pipelines and pneumatic system are all closed cycle. Good look and stable.

The washer working procedure

Pressing → drain off → water washing → air blowing/drain off → hot soda-water washing → air blowing/to soda-water box → hot water washing →air blowing/drain off → hot water washing → drain off → steam sterilized (air blowing/drain off) →co2 blowing/drain off→ sterilized water washing →co2 blowing/to water tank→ co2 pressure preparing

 

The filler working procedure

Load the keg → Pressing → co2 pressure preparing → CO2 blowing spear → open the spear → filling → stop → unload the keg

 

CIP procedures at filling position:

Install washing accessory → start → spear cylinder open → time’s up → stop
