This Bottling XGF32-32-10is suitable for pure water,wine,and other liquid with normal temperature. Not suitable for juice,tea drinks in high temperature hot filling condition.
1. Automatic Bottling 3 in 1 Bottling adopts Washing/Filling/Capping 3-in-1 technology, PLC control, Touch Screen, it is mainly made of SUS304.
2.Zero reversal washing bottles of fixture can make diameter larger bottle on the equipment.
3. Filling system has level sensor, can automatically control the liquid level.
4.Automatic stop device when bottle was hold back.
5.Automatic stop device when the motor was overloaded.
6.Using magnetic torque sealing technology, magnetic torque size is adjustable.
7.Adopting high precision, high speed quantitative filling valve, liquid level accurate can ensure quality of accurate filling.
