Water-blocking Roving With Excellent Water Awellable Characteristics
This product is manufactured using an advanced water blocking coating technology. After treating with coating, the E-glass fibre can swells instantly on contact with water. The finished products are: 625tex, 750tex, 1225tex, 2450tex etc.
It has as dual functionalities of very high strength & excellent water swellable characteristics. It is most suited for uni-tube, loose tube & slotted core cables & typically used as peripheral reinforcement in fibre optic cables along with FRP Rod & Semi-Rigid FRP Rods.
This product is a cost effective alternative of gels, greases & tapes, which used on making dry cable in traditional handicraft.
