3. Functional features

1) Soft switching technology

The charging module is the third generation of intelligent high frequency switch charging module developed by our company. It adopts the soft switching technology of phase shift full bridge zero voltage pulse width control. The switching tube is zero voltage and zero current switch without voltage and current overrush or peak, which has ideal soft switching characteristics. Compared with the hard switch, the switching loss of the soft switch charging module is reduced by 40%, which brings the following obvious advantages to the charging module:

① The efficiency of the whole machine is improved, which greatly reduces the temperature rise of the charging module under the same working environment.

(2) Because there is no voltage and current overrush or peak, the electrical stress of the power switching device is small, and the reliability of the power switching device is improved.

③ Because of the decrease of voltage change rate (dv/dt) and current change rate (di/dt), the electromagnetic interference of the charging module is obviously reduced and the electricity is increased

2) Intelligent module

The built-in CPU of the charging module coordinates the operation and protection of the management module, and accepts the control of the upper computer through the digital communication mode of electrical isolation. Its advantages are:

① Digital communication interface with photoelectric isolation has electrical isolation ability, can withstand the voltage impact of 2000V outside.

(2) The instructions received by the module are digital signals. Only when it receives the instructions in line with the communication protocol, it will execute the corresponding operation.
