Fiber Optic Adapter---LC-MTRJ Multimode,Duplex,Flexible
Introduction:
Flexible 6" adapter to connect an MTRJ cable to equipment designed to accept a LC connector. This adapter has a male LC connector to insert in the equipment port, and a MTRJ receptacle which will accept a standard MTRJ cable end. The MTRJ receptacle contains alignment pins so that a standard MTRJ cable connector (without alignment pins) will plug into the receptacle.
Since this adapter contains a short length of multimode cable, it is recommended that you match the adapter to the multimode cable you are using (50/125 or 62.5/125). If you are unsure and can't determine the type of cable you will be plugging into this adapter, use 62.5/125. (The multimode cable type is usually printed on the jacket of the cable.)
