Hi , I have a question. In the past I bought a plate heat exchanger from your company in 2018 Nov. Now I have upgraded my brew system other than heat exchanger and the heat exchanger is too small to transfer wort enough fast to fermenter. I had an experience that I broke down the heat exchanger completely , and I found out that it is possible to add some plates. My heat exchanger has 2m2 heat exchanging area and it takes 90 mins to transfer wort from kettle to fermenter with 20℃. My question is , The plate , can I buy only plates?
