The function of the fermenter tank

the equipment is fermentation tank. it is the last necessary procedure in beer brewing. after this process, the malt is completely changed into the draught beer. in this procedure, the wort reacts with the well-cultivated yeast at the proper temperature which is controlled by the ice water 

tank. because the temperature the yeast need to work is much lower than that of the hot wort. so the temperature control system plays an very important and essential role.

The structure of the fermenting tank

the upper part of the fermenting tank is elliptical. the bottom part is cone. the angle of the cone is 65 degree. the angle can be changed in accordance with the need of the customer.  these two 

parts combine the fermenting tank.

the tank is two-walled. the thickness of inner wall is 2.5mm. the outer wall is 1.5mm.they are 

all made of stainless steel 304. between the walls there is the polyurethane. it is the insulating material. out of the tank is the ice water pipe. it rounds the tank spirally. it is the ice water 's path.

on the top of the tank, there is the dished head. it is an important part of the fermenting tank. the thickness of the head is 2.5mm. it is the pressure-standing unit. the sample valve is stainless 

steel material.  on the middle of the tank there is a man hole for the cleaning. although the washing ball inside the tank works effectively, the thorough cleaning is not easy only depending on the cleaning ball. so people come into the tank to clean the left yeast through the man hole. or the residual yeast may ruin the next batch of beer.
