Raw material
Our wood drum chipper is versatile and suitable to chip a myriad of raw materials for wood pelletizing.
1.for wood materials, it can chip undersized branches, slabs, plump wood, panels manufacturing, leftovers of furniture factories,plant fibers and so on;
2.for non-wood materials, drum chipper is fit for sugarcane stalk, bulrush and bamboo.

The working principles of the drum type wood chipper
the main parts of the drum wood chipper include: machine rack, the blades rollers, double feeding rollers, the transmission belt and the hydraulic buffer system. The blades roller in the crushing room is connected with the electric motor by the transmission belt. The raw materials is clamped and transmitted to the crushing space by the feeding system, then crushed by the fast rotating blades on the roller frequently. The larger wood chips will be processed for several time before discharged from holes on the screen. At last, the wood chips with flat incision, even length, uniform thickness are discharged.

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (size is about 3-5mm), if your raw material size is big;
2. Dry the material by the dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 8%- 12%; if your raw material
moisture content is higher than 8-12%;
3. Put the dried material into feeding inlet of briquette machine by worker or by screw conveyor;
4. Produce the briquette from the dried material without any additive by the wood briquette machine;
5. Carbonized the briquette and become charcoal briquette.
