1. This ring-type is mainly used for animal feed, with large output, it’s suitable for small and medium enterprises.

It can used to press for large farms, animal feed factory, organic fertilizer plant, Chinese herbal medicine and chemical engineering, the raw material could be straw, wood sawdust, cotton stalk, rice straw, cotton seed and so on. Water content before press is 15%-18%. Our machine has characteristics of compact structure, beautiful appearance, high output, low power consumption, easy using and reliable performance.
3. Our company can customize different ring dies to produce various sizes of pellet according to clients’ requirement, pellets’ size is adjustable.
4. Machine’s feeding part, tempering and granulation adopt the independent active form, part which touches food is made of stainless steel; its feeding auger adopts gear motor frequency conversion, can adjust the feeding quantity according to the load degree.
5. This feed machine uses high strength gear meshing transmission, with features of stable, reliable and low noise. Safety protection device is installed in rear cover of the main shaft, the power will be cut when SAFETY PIN breaks to make sure the machines’ safety.
