Feartures
1.There is no mixing dead corner and the mixing variation coefficient Cv≤7%;
2.The gap between rotor and housing can be adjusted.The materials are discharged at full bottom with less remainder;
3.The end shaft adopts filler for sealing,thus avoiding the leakage at both ends of shaft;
4.The discharging gate adopts pneumatic(or electric)gate opening,resulting in correct and reliable motion and good tightness;
5.There are built-in liquid adding pipe and atomizing nozzles;
6.It has reasonable structure, fine appearance and convenient operation and maintenance;

SSHJ series double shaft mixer
Features
1.The mixing chamber is constituted by twin screw and atomizing system. The filling seal is adopted for ends of shaft to improve tightness and prevent from leakage;
2. Specially designed discharger has big door-opening angle and quick discharging with less residue;
3. Good tightness and no leakage;
4. Pneumatic or Electric driven discharging is uses with correct, stable move and good tightness.
