(1).Crushing Process--- Small self-priming feed hammer mill.

1.Poultry Feed Mill hammer mill can absorb feed material by itself,only one worker can operate it,save labor and production cost.

2.It can grind all kinds grain feed,it's very suitable to produce mash feed,low invest,high output,easy to adjust feed formulation.

(2). Mixing Process--- Horizontal single-shaft screw mixer or vertical feed mixer

(3).Pelletizing Process---YHKJ-250 Ring die feed pellet machine  

(4). Cooling and screening Process---Counter flow cooler

Pellet cooler apply to cool feed pellet,the cooling system including: fan(blower),cyclone,air-lock,cooler machine,and pellet feed vibrating screen,cooling system can make pellet good performance and quality,make pellet temperature lower than the room temperature,so feed pellet can directly packing in bag,no need worry feed pellet gone mouldy.

1) cereals:soybean,  maize,corn,  grain,sorghum,corn flour , wheat flour , 

crop stalks (corn stalk, sorghum stalk, cotton, rape stalk, peanut seedling, sunflower stalk), chaff, grasses, shrubs, 

2) Coarse fiber: wheat bran, corn stalk, soybean meal,grass meal,rice husk, grass, groundnut shell, cottonseed hull

3) Additives: molasses, vegetable oil, Amino acid, bone meal, vitamin
