Garden Irrigation System
It is intended for irrigation of the greater agriculture areas.
The structure consists of a metal truss spans and overhangs, which based on moving towers with wheels, which are driven by central electric gear motors through cardan transmission gear wheel and on the wheels with tires 14.9×24 inches. Galvanized rims.
Electricity is produced by the included to machine power generator and transmitted by included to the machine electrical cables through the tower control boxes.
Machine structure is fully galvanized. Powerful and very stable, which provides machine job for many years.
The structure consists of two wings: the main and secondary. Main wing includes a main tower.
The main tower includes also:
l Energy power unit comprising: horizontal centrifugal pump+diesel motor+alternator;
l Main panel for machine operation electronic control;
l Suction & Pressure kits, main water supply riser, other parts for filling the machine by water;
l Elements of movement direction tracking;
l Main tower light;
l Flowmeter, water gauge.
Filling the machine by the water is done from canal (concrete ditch), rivers and pond. The machine operation without water is not allowed.
For the process of irrigation the machine makes reciprocating linear movement moving along the field driven by machine movement direction system.
When the machine comes to the end of the field due to the security system and in case when switch <stop> or <stop & reverse> function the machine is possible to irrigate in automatically by the control of operator.
For exact and careful irrigation on all length of structure on height 1.8-2.2m over the ground uniformly allocated circular continuous action sprinklers D12-16m. They are ideal for all kinds of crops, and as close in size to the natural drop of rain.

Machine operation in time of irrigation process is realizes by the operator by means of a main panel electronic control system.
Valves for water draining at each span in case of low water pressure. At the end of each wing located devices for dirt gathering and end light.
Warranties
The warranty period for the machine from the date of machine’s start-up is:
One year concerning electric equipment.
The years/10 000h working hours for gearboxes and gear motors whichever expires earlier.
Twenty years concerning the galvanized equipment against corrosion.
Three years for tires and rims.
Five years for ferrous metals elements of the structure against metal and welding.
One year concerning all other parts. (Sprinklers, aluminum parts, rubber couplers and gaskets, diesel engine, pump, and others.)
All the machine works in linear movement by motor dirven tires to irrigate rectangle area. Unlike center pivot system, where the area is depandent only on the length of the machine, later system area are determined by two factors: system length and travel distance.
The longest distance walking can be reach to 12km.
This system is mainly used for grasses, grains, vegetables, cotton and sugarcane. The determination of lateral move system capacity is critically important since it is necessary to properly design the following:
1. water source:bore well capacity/pump/control
2. water delivery : ditch size/overflows/run off pits.
3. lateral system: pipeline size/power/ump/generator
