Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from our own fields\'\' selected olives that are harvested by hand. The olives are pressed within 24 hours after they are picked. In order to raise the product quality, all rotten and low quality olives are removed before pressing. During the growth, picking, pressing and storing of olives, no chemical process is applied to our high quality Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Our Oil is processed by Cold Pressed technique hence it is never heat-treated, providing with the high quality and nutriment values. During the process, olive seeds are not allowed to cracking and lowering the quality. Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil \'\'s greenish-yellow color with its great taste and aroma is a source for gourmets whom seek the best quality. Its free acidity (in Oleic Acidity) is 0.7%.
