Application of ball roller-pressing mahcine :
Ball roller-pressing mahcine is used for making coal fines, coke fines, charcoal powder, carbon black, iron ore cast iron fines, mill scale, manganese ore fines, phospho gypsum powder and other material fines into briquettes. These briquettes can be designedof oval shape, egg shape, pillow shape, square shape etc. This machine is widely used in coal industry and metallurgy industry.
Raw material:
A: Coal/coke/charcoal powder.
B: Metal powder: Iron powder, magnesium oxide powder, copper powder, chromium ore, lead, zinc scrap, bauxite, nonferrous metal powder, silicon manganese alloy powder etc.
C. Mineral powder: aluminum powder, toner, gypsum, sludge, desulphurization gypsum powder etc.
Structure of coal/charcoal ball press machine:
Our coal/charcoal ball press machine consists of three main parts: the feeding part; transmission part; molding part.
1. The feeding part: it is meanly for coal powdery material from hopper evenly into the machine between the rollers for briquetting.
2. The transmission part: it is the main drive system, including the motor, reducer, triangle strip, coupling, driving spindle, open gear.
3. The Molding part: this is the core and also the most important of the machine for press the coal powder into coal briquettes.

(1).Binder mixer: It is using for dissolving and thicking binder.
(2).Crusher and mixer: It is a machine with the function of crushing and mixing together, crushing the raw material below 5mm, and mixing them uniformly. The moisture need controlled between 25%-30%.
(3).Coal briquette machine: It presses coal powder, charcoal powder, or other powders into different shapes and size.
(4).Dryer. We have vertical dryer, box dryer and mesh belt dryer. I will suggest suitable dryer according to your raw machine, shape and size.
