The inlet particle size of charcoal powder must be less than 3mm.We have to add suitable binder for some kind of materials for shaping easily.The moisture of materials must be moderate, and the water content usually is 12%-15%.
Applicable raw material: the carbon black, coal powder, coal dust, coke powder, brown coal powder. Besides, different charcoal powder of biomass material such as: sawdust, wood shavings, wood wastes, branches, rice husk, peanut shell, coconut shell, sediment, cotton stem, corn stalk, corn cob, etc. After carbonization, the charcoal can be used as raw material.
Shape: Various stick shape or rod shape, such as rectangular, triangle, hexagonal, round with hole or without hole in the middle.
Feature: With our special binder, the product with high density, little smoke, easy fire, long burning, non-toxic, etc.
Final size: Diameter can be 15-60mm, and the length can be 10-60cm or more, and we can provide you the automatic cutting device.
