Brief Introduction

Structure and Features:

It adopts reducer, small volume and high bearing ability. Inside the machine, there are thicken impeller, the impeller and lining plates are made of durable casting steels, the using life is 4-5 times longer than the simple materials machine. Also the discharging port of the machine adopts changeable wear resisting alloy steel, it's easy to change. The head of the machine wringings together, it can be open when the machine need maintenance and change wearing parts. The coal rods made by this machine have large heating value which will bring high profits. What's more, the customers can use the cheap coal powder to replace expensive coal briquettes, then the production cost will reduce.

 

Working Principles of Coal Extruder Machine:

It's a device to make the coal powder into different shapes bar or rod shape briquettes. The working process is like the following: the motor transfers the power to the transmission through triangle belt, then the output shaft on the transmission transfers the power to the propeller shaft, finally the propeller on the propeller shaft pushes the coal powder into the mould and out, then the ideal high pressure coal rod is generated. This process is very simple, and it's easy to operate.
