Shenzhen Dengfeng Power Supply Co., Ltd is a private company formed in 2009, specialising in the design and manufacture of a wide range of emergency lighting conversion kits including a comprehensive variety of LED kits and devices.
The company concentrates on the promotion of its products via OEM customers and when required provides labour and materials to carry out modification work, thus ensuring that conversion kits are incorporated properly in accordance with the appropriate European, Australia, America and British standards.
We employ over 100 local personnel and pride ourselves on our excellent delivery satisfaction level. A majority of our products are dispatched on a Next Day delivery basis, normally any order received before noon will be dispatched for delivery the following day, time specified at additional cost.
Dengfeng's experienced service engineers provide a skilled, technical 'on site' service. The modules manufactured and/or battery packs supplied are fully guaranteed. Having relocated to our bespoke 3300 square meter factory today, our customers are now able to benefit from the increased capacity and efficiency fashioned by this investment.

1. Can I have a sample order for LED lights?
A: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
2. Can I print my logo LED light source product?
A: Yes. Please inform us in advance before formal production, and confirm that the design should be based on our samples first.
3. Do you offer a warranty on your product?
A: Yes, we offer a 2-3 year warranty.
4. How to deal with the problematic product?
A: First of all, our product production of the strict quality control system and defect rate will be less 0.2%. Secondly, during the warranty period, we accept the return and replacement of goods or will repair it and resend it to you, or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the actual situation.
5. Can you guarantee the safety of the goods in your transportation?
A: We use standard export cartons and protect the lamps through good packaging design, such as adding foam to the packaging to protect the lamps to ensure safety during transportation.
