3. Working principle
Special designed hanger tool hangs the workpieces and sends them into the cleaning room
under the guide trackway.
The impeller head starts to work when the cleaning room door is closed properly (otherwise
the impeller head will not work).
The workpieces rotates with the driving of rotating motor to get full cleaning.
Automatically get the workpieces out under the trackway when cleaning work done.

5. Features & Advantaes of Our Shot Blasting Machine
Taiwan technology Core components all use international brands. 3-5 times of lifespan than nomal shot blasting machine. Use Taiwan high wear-resistance impeller head, wear-resistant parts can be used for 1500- 2500 hours. Main shoting room welded by section steel and steel plate, no vibration under strong shots. Intense shotting area guard plate uses ZGMn13 material, lifespan more than 17000 hours. Every import transmission parts have proximity switches to avoid further work when there is any fault. Belt use recently developed Taiwan high wear-resistance rubber belt with reinforcing steel wire layer, no joint. Lifespan 2 years Pulse bag dust collector collecting bag and electro-magnetic pulse valve from Taiwan. Conveyor and helix power adopt Taiwan Chengbang reducer.
