This product is used in cable hanging, drawing and installation for field line, electric appliance and instrument electronic equipment and automation devices for electric power,chemical, metallurgy, open port, goods yard and mine etc.As silicone rubber and butyronitrile PVC from GE company of USA and domestic modified Model 271 silicone rubber are respectively used in insulation and coating materials, the product is especially soft, easily folded and movable, smoothand unbending, It is one of products solemnly recommended by our company Henan Jiapu Cable Group.

Operational Performances

(1) AC rated voltage U0/U:6/10kV(only limited in silicone rubber flat power cable) and 0.6/1kV;

(2) Maximum operating temperature of cable core: butyronitrile flat:-40°C~105°C and -40°C~135°C;

(3) Core does not break after 50000 bending.

(4) Bending radius: no less than 10 times of cable perimeter.

4.Voltage resistant experiment of finished cable:As per IEC502(1994) Standard Rated voltage 0.6/1kV and below, not breakdown after A.C 50Hz, 2kV, test for 5 min;Rated voltage 6kV and below, not breakdown after D.C 25kV,immersion at 20°C test for 1h

 

5.Minimum tensile strength of insulation and coating: 10N/mm2; Minimum breakage elongation rate: 150%; Minimum elongation rate at -40°C:20%.
