This product is suitable for connections for all kinds of electrical equipment and instruments for control and monitoring as well as ground circuits with rated voltage up to 450/750V. We produce numerous cables with various combinations of fire resistant features such as flame retardant control cables, fire resistant control cables, low-smoke low-halogen or low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant control cables
The operative standard for this product is GB/T9330. We can also supply cables conforming to IEC, DIN, and BS standards.
Performance of use
Rated voltage U0/U: 450/750V
The Max. long-time permitted operating temperature is 70°C for PVC or PE insulated cable, 90°C for XLPE insulated cables.
The allowable bending radius for installation shall not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter for non-armored or shielded flexible cables, and not less than 12 times of the outer diameter for armored or copper tape shielded cables.
Main technology performance specification
DC electrical resistance of conductor and insulation resistance at 20°C shall be according to GB/T9330
Cables shall be able to withstand AC VOLTAGE at 3000V for 5 minutes.
Flame retardant control cables shall pass the category A, B or C burn test as specified in GB/T18380
Fire resistant control cables shall pass tests as specified in GB/T19216
Low-smoke low-halogen or low-smoke halogen-free control cables shall meet the test requirements of GB/T18380, GB/T17650, GB/T17651 as required.
