Operating Characteristics
1. The highest rated working temperature of conductor is 70°c; the highest temperature is 160°c in short circuit (the longest duration is 5 Secs).
2. Bending Radius
The minimum bending radius of non armored cable: single-core cable is 15D; multiple-core cable is 12D.
The minimum bending radius of armored cable: single-core cable is 20D; multiple-core cable is 15D.
D is the diameter of the finished cable.
3. The environment temperature for laying cannot be lower than 0°c; below 0°c installation must be preheated.

It depends on the type and size of electrical wire and cable. For most of electrical wires, 100 meters can be accepted. Anyway, we will try our best to solve the problem and meet with the customer’s requirement.
