FAILURE SIMULATOR FOR REFRIGERATING EQUIPMENT
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Trainer mainly consists of semi-hermetic refrigerating compressor unit, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, fault setting switch, test instrumentation and so on.
Training bench set up more than 20 kinds of faults for piping system and electric control system by hand valve switches and toggle switch.
Equipment adopts advanced electric control system and has the protection function of open phase, phase lose, over current, etc. Evaporator fan adopts frequency converter to control speed.
Trainer equips with 8-way temperature meter, voltage meter, ammeter, power meter, power factor meter and pressure gauge, operating parameters is real-time observed.
Experiment bench equips with pressure protector for preventing equipment from the damage made from over high pressure or over low pressure. The high, low pressure pipelines are respectively painted as red and blue, easy to teaching and beautiful appearance. The bench with 4 universal wheels that can be moved freely
