XK-JD4 mechanical and electrical integration training device consists four units that are installed on the aluminum alloy guide rail type training platform, such as feeding unit, transport unit, processing andassembling unit and sorting unit. Control module consists of five modules as the power supply module unit, button module unit, PLC module units module, frequency converter unit, touch screen module unit. Among these five units, each working unit can form a independent system, and meanwhile it is also a training system of mechatronics and relative techniques. The whole structure adopt open type and dismounting type, the training device is used for assembling of mechanical part, according to the mechanical part which is now available ,can assemble production training equipment, and also can add mechanical part to assemble other product training device, make the whole device can be flexibly assembled to mechanical and electrical integration device that will have simulation of product function according to teaching and learning or competition requirement. The module adopt standard structure and draw type module place frame, strong interchangeability ;According to principle of production function and integrated learning function to determine the module content, make the teaching and learning or competition can conveniently select the required module.

Material feeding unit consists of feeding turntable, drive motor(DC24V). material bracket, discharging port sensor. According to requirement, the basic function of feeding unit is to send out the workpiece that is placed in the bin and waiting for processing to the material platform, so that the transport unit manipulator can grab the workpiece and send them to other working unit

Transport unit is composed of a pneumatic mechanical arm, pneumatic mechanical arm has four freedom degrees actions, includes cantilever stretching out and drawing back, arm up and down, tilt cylinder rotary and paw releasing and firmly grasp. Its function is to transport the workpiece to processing and assembling unit from material feeding unit.

Processing and assembling station unit has 2 functions: piece work manufacturing and assembling, work manufacturing is mainly to simulate workpiece’s drilling process, the drill is driven by DC motor, the drill’s up and down movement is driven by step motor. The workpiece movement is driven by servo motor. After finish manufacturing, the servo motor will send the workpiece to assembly unit. The workpiece assembly is to configure the chipware into the workpiece’s inner hole by two cylinder of the assembly unit mutual effect, after assembly, it will get a suite, then the servo motor will send the assembled workpiece to sorting station

Sorting unit consists of belt conveyor. Detection sensor, sorting cylinder. According to different end product suite relationship, the station rationally distribute the end product to each bins. Users can use 3 sensors that are provided by the equipment to carry out sorting training of up to 9 kinds suit.

2.5 Siemens S7-200 cpu226 module: The module provide CPU226 AC/DC/RLY and digital value extended module EM222 with relay output,CPU226 integrated 24 input/16 output, totally is 40 digital value I/O point, can connect 7 extended module, largest extended to 248 path digital value I/O point or 35 path analog value I/O point, EM222 relay output module integrate 8 output point.

 

2.6 Siemens S7-200 CPU224 module: The module provide CPU224 DC/DC/DC, integrated 14 input/10 output, totally is 24 digital value I/O point, can connect 7 extended module, largest extended to 168 path digital value I/O point or 35 path analog value I/O point

 

2.7 Frequency converter module: The module provide Siemens MM420,0.75KW, AC380 frequency converter, 5K potentiometer is used for analog control training of the frequency converter.
