1. Adopts with Toyota Pirus engine 1NZ-FNX type engine and other original hybrid power system components, including engine assembly and engine control unit, sensor, M1, M2 motor, HV storage battery, instrument assembly, coolant temperature sensor, intake air temperature sensor, air throttle control assembly, air mass meter, oxygen sensor, ignition switch, entire heat dissipation organization, gasoline tank, gasoline pump, battery, five digital voltmeter, vacuum pressure gauge and fuel pressure gauge, with complete color circuit principle diagram panel, external detection terminal, intelligent malfunction setting box assembly, removable rack, manual and experiment guide book etc.
2. By obvious computer detection terminal, match up multimeter detect throttle position sensor, intake temperature sensor, water temperature sensor, knock sensor, oxygen sensor and other sensors and actuator’s voltage and resistance.
3. Set engine common bugs, by fault display, process bug analyze, detection diagnose.
4. Rest energy could backwash to HV battery during braking.
5. Could direct start by electromotor, running without engine, could reach 0 output volume effect.
6. Could by original combination meter, also could observe motor rotating speed, and other indicator light working condition. And by fault indicating light display bugs.
7. Numeration table, pointer table could visually observe each sensor’s voltage condition change with resistance, real time display engine dynamic, static signal parameters.
8. Display fuel meter, vacuum meter display air inflow vacuum pressure’s real data; also could observe vacuum degree changes with load.
9. LED voltmeter real time display sensor changes, oil atomizer pulse LED display, with fuel injection pulse width (real time signal) digital voltmeter display HV battery voltage, M1 dynamo voltage, M2 dynamo voltage, could comparative display dynamo’s condition during operating and power generating.
10. Series and parallel mode: during low speed depends on electro-motor drive, when speed increased engine and electric motor match drive “in series, parallel mode”. Start or drive in low velocity condition only depends on electro-motor drive, when velocity increase, by engine and electric motor efficiently provide power together.
11. Equipped with computer data detection terminal, could by connect dedicated or common type decoder, process various sensor, actuator and electric control unit signal detection and analyze; and ECU code inquire of engine electrical control system, fault read out, fault code clear, dynamic data read out, waveform analyze, waveform display executive components test system login, etc.
