What is our packing and payment ?

We'll respond to your any issues happened within 24 hours (holidays excluded).

And please keep the products in its original packing, and send back to us in the same way to exchange. We will pay for the shipping cost.

If it is quality problem( e.g. defective or broken down items ) during your sales even more than 1 week since you receivingthe package,we still offer you repair and you could collect them , then send back to us  together, and you pay for the freight. Or you could also take them to our HongKong exhibition.

3. If it is the silver percentage problem, please send some ones back to us firstly, then we will test them again; after confirming it, we will exchange them for you, and we pay for the shipping cost.
