Brief Introduction of SRON Whole Dedusting Systems |
- Dedusting fan generates pressure on the whole dust pipeline, dusty air from the hood into the pipeline.
- Dusty air comes to SHAQ firstly, large dust particles will be filtered.
- Tiny dust air discharged from SHQA top, then enter pulse dust filter. Tiny particles dust and air are separated in filter. Cleaning air comes out directly via filter top air bleeder. ($k1$)
Brief Introduction of SRON SHAQ |
- Made in thick steel plate, small volume. Usually used as a pre-filter to remove large particles, heavy particles of dust before more efficient dust removing. Can be used more than one in combination together.
- Dusty air flow into the gas chamber through the inlet and rotate high-speed in the gas chamber. Since dust big mass and centrifugal force, so dust is left behind to the inner wall of the outermost gradually lowered, and excluded from the bottom of SHAQ. ($k1$)
