Screw Sludge Dewatering Machine working priciple:
Adopting mechanical compression volume realize the material dehydration.After enrichment of sludge (or other mud materials) as the rotation of the screw axis moves forward continuously, along the direction of mud cake to the outlet. Screw axis of pitch became smaller, the gaps between ring and ring also gradually become smaller, the spiral volume shrinking; Back at the exit of back pressure plate, the action of internal pressure increased, in the continuous operation of turning screw drive shaft, the water of the sludge turning out through squeezing, filter cake higher for solid content, finally realizes the continuous dehydration of sludge.We can help optimize the dehydrating process according to the property of different materials, production scale, application requirements, cost control, automation level and site condition.
