Features:

(7) The fluidization and transportation of materials are mainly realized by means of vibration, so the air consumption and energy consumption are obviously reduced.

(9) The adjustability is good, adapting to the face width. Layer thickness and movement speed in the machine, as well as full amplitude changes can be adjusted.
(10) The damage to the surface of the material is small, and it can be used for drying fragile materials; it does not affect the working effect when the material particles are irregular.
(11) The fully enclosed structure is used to effectively prevent cross infection between materials and air, and the working environment is clean.
(12) High mechanical efficiency and thermal efficiency, good energy saving effect, which can save energy by 30-60% compared with ordinary drying devices.
