Material instruction
1. All materials contact parts, hot air inlet, heat transfer equipment, and air ducts are all made of 316L stainless steel; the main cylinder body thickness is 4mm, the crushing knife is 10mm316L stainless steel, and the stirring paddle is 10mm316L stainless steel;
2, blower material, air contact is 316L stainless steel, the remaining carbon steel Q235A
3, steam heater: stainless steel SUS316L around stainless steel SUS316L fins
Electric heater: stainless steel SUS316L around stainless steel SUS316L fin
4, screw feeder material: material contact part is stainless steel SUS316L
5, cyclone separator material: material contact part is stainless steel SUS316L, straight and cone part wall thickness are 3mm
6, bag filter material: the middle and lower boxes are stainless steel SUS316L, the wall thickness is 4mm;
The upper box is made of carbon steel with a wall thickness of 6 mm and a flower plate thickness of 10 mm;

Operating instruction
1. The wet material hopper is not sticky, the hopper storage material has no dead angle, and the material is smooth;
2. The material is rotated, the silo and the mixing machine are smoothly discharged;
3. The material conveying of each air delivery pipe is smooth, without blocking materials and accumulating materials.
