Molecular (wiped film) distillation is the best thermal separation machine for heat-sensitive material because it is the gentlest type, causing the least amount of thermal degradation of product. It is a process of separation, purification and concentration of natural products, complex and thermally sensitive molecules. Lab1st molecular distillation units have three series (glassware, stainless steel or hybrid) with different throughput for your choices, from 0.5kg/hr up to 250kg/hr. In addition to the single stage systems, we also offer multi-stage systems to improve your working efficiency.
