The scope of use of box type dryer:

Technical requirements of box dryer:
1. The steel structure of the box body adopts a frame-type structure formed by welding of profiled steel and steel plates to ensure the overall rigidity and air tightness of the box body. It is mainly divided into steel structures on both sides and the top of the box. The outer shell of the oven is made of 1.2mm stainless steel, which is formed by riveting and welding. 2. The insulation layer in the box is filled with high-quality aluminum silicate fiber cotton. 3. The convection wall in the box is adjustable. By adjusting the ventilation gap of the convection wall, the temperature in the box is uniform. The no-load temperature inside the box is ± 5℃.
4. The heating method of the oven is electric, and the heating element is installed on the side of the air duct in the box.
