The Energy-Saving Rotary Dryer Features And Application:
The energy-saving Rotary Dryer is the modern energy-saving dryer of high performance which is designed by our company on the basis of introducing the foreign
technology, meeting the demands of customers, the principle of dryer and energy-saving conceptions. It is the dryer that deals with mass material. As it is of reliable operation, large operational
flexibility, strong adaptability, big treatment capacity, the energy-saving dryer is widely used in building material, metallurgy, food, chemical engineering, coal, medicine, and
mining industry. It is applicable to granulate material, and can adopt mixing material method to dry slowness
and taste material or materials with high moisture. The advantages of energy-saving dryer are big output capacity, wide range of application, small flow resistance, bigger fluctuation range in
operation, and easy operation.
The Energy-Saving Rotary Dryer Working Principle: The material is sent to hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then goes into the feed end by the charge pipeline
of charger in hopper. The gradient of the charging pipeline should be bigger than the natural angle of the material,
so that the material can flow into the sand dryer smoothly. The dryer drum is a rotating cylinder of a little slant to
the horizontal level. The material is added from the higher end, the heat-agent enters in from the lower end, making countercurrent contact with the material. For some dryer,
the material and the heat-
carrying agent goes into the barrel together. As the rotating of the barrel, the material moves to the lower
end by gravity. The wet material gets heated directly or indirectly in the forward movement in barrel and
is dried. Then it is discharged in discharge end by belt conveyor or spiral conveyor. The shoveling plate is
equipped on the inner wall of dryer barrel, and its function is to lift the material and throw it down, enlarging
the contact surface of material and air current to raise the drying rate and promote the material move forward.
The heat-carrying agent is divided into hot-air and flu-gas. After the heat-carrying agent being dried, the cyclone dust collector is needed to gather the material brought by the air.
To further decrease the tail gas dust load, the agent should be discharged after the bag filter and dust washer.
