Description of dry mortar production line
1.Conveying, storing and dosing of bulk raw materials
Depending on the product parcel size and bulk density, we use differential conveying methods to bring materials up to the top of the tower. Implements like link joint bucket elevators can be used for bulk materials with big parcel size and bulk density. Pneumatic conveying systems are preferred for materials with small parcel size and good fluidity. Bag dischargers are available when the raw materials are in bags. The raw materials are kept in segmented silos, which can assist in creating a compact plant layout. The raw materials are dosed accurately by different dosing methods depending on product characteristics. Screw and macro-magnetic conveyances as well as a series of valves are used to ensure precise dosing. We also use ultra-fine dosing methods for high precision needs.
2.weighing and mixing
We have single, twin and multiple hopers available to satisfy the need for weighing accuracy and capability. 4.Control system

Our multimodule control system acquires and processes information from the batch plant system and sends it to a data storage unit. Plant personnel depend on our control system for reports, analsis,trends,quality analysis,tracking and additional monitoring information.
Using wellknown brand of piston air compressor or screw compressor, filter, gas tank. The cylinders of pneumatic actuator, butterfly
valve are all used well-know brand pneumatic components. Guarantees the air system stable and reliable movement.
