Vietnam is a leading country with the highest dragon area in Asia and the biggest dragon exporter in the world. In 2014, Vietnam has 35,665 ha of dragon with a total production of 614,246 tones.
We have 50 ha of dragon produced by VietGap and GlobalGap standards including dragon from farms of Be Dung, Thanh Thanh, cooperatives and cooperative groups.
With technology of Germany for drying agriproducts (located in Dai Thanh H., Muong Man V., Ham Thuan Nam dis.). Particularly, the company uses this technology to process soft-dried dragon for EU market with source of fresh dragon materials is collected from dragon materials cultivated by VietGap and GlobalGap standards.
The production process is programmed by a computer system, so product quality is tightly controlled from dragon material to processing – package- store and distribution. Sources of dragon material are ensured not to contain residues.
SOFT-DRIED DRAGON FRUIT
- Material: Fresh white or red dragon fruit
- Drying rate: 18-20kg of fresh dragon fruit = 1kg of soft-dried dragon
- Size: sliced circle shape (from 5x5cm)
- Product color: Natural white or red of dragon fruit
- Packing: by plastic with 50gr/vacuum bag with zipper x 60bags/carton or 200bags/carton as customer’s requirement
