The products are of a great variety including 550m3/h to 20000m3/h large scale dredging hydrauliccutter suction dredgers, from 6inch to 24inch, solid capacity 120 cbm/h to 1600 cbm/h, dredging depth underwater from 6m to 25m with submersible dredging pump, discharge distance from 600m to 4000m with booster station. Functions of cutter suction dredger: dredging river, dredging sand, desilting, reclamation for channels and land, and building roads. Working site of cutter suction dredger: sea, port, lake, and river. Soil conditions: relative hard soil, harden sand, sludge, sea sand, river sand, clay, mud, and so on.There are cutter suction type dredger (Construction Dredging, Mining Dredging, Navigation Dredging and Environmental dredging), Gold Mining Equipment, Aquatic Weed Harvester, Transport Ships, Jet/pumping Suction Hopper Dredger and Tugboat/work boat. All the dredging products are with different sizes for customers’ choices. We can also design and produce special types of dredger machinery according to customers’ requirements.

Our all dredgers have been through ISO 9001 Quality System Certification. The design, construction, quality inspection is according to the standards and regulations of CCS. The hull, machinery equipments and other spares are at the requirements of CCS. The hull is square, cross keel, which is full welding steel structure, and authorized by CCS.
And we have passed 26 types of Certificate of Utility Model Patent and 23 types of Certificate of Design Patent.
Test in pond before delivery

Highling Unique Technology: custom-made cutter suction dredger with Submersible Dredge Pump Technology
Highling Group is very proud and bold enough to say that we are the only dredger builder has this innovative dredging concept and ideology on Submersible Dredge Pump Technology. Except our standard cutter suction dredger, we also manufacture custom- made cutter suction dredgers for our clients. The most remarkable characteristic has two sets of dredge pumps. Both of them are same model Centrifugal pumps. The submersible dredge pump equipped on the any size of HLC dredger.
The advantage is the dredging depth can be reached to 20-25m, and the bigger dredger even can reach 30 m dredge depth. Also the working capacity will be increased 30%. So the performance of the submersible pump is awesome which can help clients working in much bigger dredging projects to create much more profit.
