Method / step
Take out the swing door, open the lock tongue, rotate the door leaf to form a vertical angle with the door frame, take out the door leaf upward and place it.
Install the lock and adjust it until the switch is free and meets the standard.

Adjust the gap and flatness, whether the lock can lock normally, and pad the frame where the door hinge is located a little higher.

matters needing attention
Attention shall be paid to the assembly quality when assembling the swing door, the joint shall be flat, and the frame leaf shall not be split or channeled.
The surface is polluted and bitten, and the finished product is not protected during construction, and it is not cleaned in time.
If the surface is scratched, it shall be strictly prevented from cleaning the dirt on the flat surface with a hard object.
The glass cutting size is not well controlled, and the size is not measured according to the real object. After cutting, it does not meet the installation requirements, which is too large or too small.

If the nylon wool and rubber strips are lost or the length is not in place, the sealing materials shall be selected according to the design requirements, and they shall be replaced in time after they are lost.
Improper selection of rubber strip leads to poor sealing effect, and the sealing rubber strip is easy to disengage at the corner. Glue shall be applied under the sealing strip to make it firmly combined with glass and frame fan.
If the glass is unclean or cracked, clean it with soft cloth or cotton thread in time after installation to achieve transparency and brightness. Replace the cracked glass in time.
