1. Your company how to control the quality?
A. we have more than 13 QC on the production lines, we control the quality in every production link.
B. we have the salt spray test and the cycling test every day, we have the detail data for every batch of products.
C. our boss is very professional in the products, he control the quality and design the model and the products by him self.
2. What about the MOQ?
Our quotation is for the one container, but if we cooperate at the first time, the MOQ is 300 cartons.
3. What about your payment?
The payment is 30% deposited and balance before loading the containers.
4. Why your price is higher than other factory?
As the differences require and the difference quality, the price is difference, we always suggest the clients buy the better one. we hope send the best quality products for the customers.
5. How many containers can you produce every month?
We have more than 400 workers, and have 26 production lines, we almost produce all the size of the ball bearing slides and hinges, and we can supply more than 40 container of the slide and more than 15 containers of the hinges. and our storehouse can loading 100containers.
6. Can you print our logo on the products and the cartons?
If the ball bearing slides more than 6000sets, we will pouch the logo for the customer. We can print the carton for you. But the small box must more than 1 container.
If the hinges more than 50000pcs, we will punch the logo for the customers. if you want to print the bags, the MOQ is one containers.
7. Can you produce the products as our model?
We can OEM as the customer design and the samples. but it must have long time relationship. if not, the customers must pay the models.
8. What about the deliver days?
It is about 25-30 days after we receive the deposited.
9. How many paces one containers loading?
If you loading the ball bearing slide, we suggested do not pass 27ton/container.and we can give you suggest depend the size.
If you loading the hinge, it is about 1000carton every containers.
