Packing&Delivery

Packaging:

1. Conmon export packaging: Styrofoam + PO plastic
      bag + carton (KAA).
2. Single boxed: foam support, all racks and
     components are in case, wrapped with stretch
     film, including cardboard pallet.
3. We use paper angles to eliminate any breakage due
     to shock and each part is wrapped in bubble or
     some other protective layer.


Shipping:

1. For small volume products or samples via DHL, TNT,
     UPS, Fedex, etc. Heavy weight and large volume via
     sea transportation, it's according to your demand.
2. Shipping port: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhongshan port.      It's according to your demand.

3. Bulk order delivery time: about 20 - 30 days.

4. Sample dulivery time: about 10 - 20 days.

        You need to give us 2D/3D file or real sample to make mold.
        Also we can create a 3D file for you, you need to provide the rough shape and size information.

Q7: What’s format file you need for customized design?

         For mold: PDF, STP, IGS, DWG, CRD .
         For printing: PSD, PDF, AI .

Q8: What information you need if I want a quotation?

         Your items’ diameter, weight, material, packaging details, Logo printing file.

Q9: How long will you make a mold?

        About 10 - 15 days.

Q10: How much is a sample in OEM design?

         We only charge for OEM design mold and sample making cost for first sample.
         If you need printing, then we will charge the printing sample cost. Printing needs about 5 days.
