1. Why we use DX5 print head?
It's Micro Piezoelectric digital printing technology. Ink droplets depends on the print head. print head is 1440nozzles,1.5PL, which is high resolution and fast speed to print quite small characters on various materials.

UV LED Print is high quality & durable with a very high UV resistance, great for either indoor or outdoor use. UV printer can print onto any coated or un-coated substrate providing very vivid dense colors. UV Printing does not use any solvents so is very eco friendly, Ultra violet (UV) reactive inks and coatings require a high intensity source of UV light to initiate a chemical reaction. This reaction dries the UV ink or coating in fractions of a second, which is called curable technique. The finished products can be higher added value in the competitive market.

1, For indoor and outdoor materials printing with high resolution, like vinyl adhesive sticker, one way vision, flex pvc banner etc, then our Eco solvent printer will be the best option ;
2, For outdoor printing with high printing speed, like outdoor flex banner printing, then Our Solvent printer will be the best option;
3, For rigid materials printing, like hard PVC, Acrylic, wood, glass, ceramic tiles, leather, phone cases etc, then use our uv led printer;
