Hawk's lithium iron phosphate battery will consume a lot when it is at low power. Don't wait until the battery runs out of power before charging. This will speed up the battery loss. The lithium iron phosphate battery's long-term power level of 40% - 60% can make it the longest life.

Use high-quality lithium iron phosphate battery charging equipment to charge. Overvoltage and over-current charging are not allowed. Maximum charging voltage of 24V battery 29.2V; The upper charging voltage of 48V battery is 54.7V. The battery life of lithium iron phosphate battery will be reduced by over-voltage or over-current during charging and discharging or excessive temperature. When the lithium iron phosphate battery is overcharged and discharged or the temperature is too high, the battery should be suspended and reused after finding out the cause and eliminating the improper factors.

Under the use mode of shallow charging, shallow discharging and frequent charging and discharging, the battery shall be fully charged once a month with a current lower than 0.5C to correct the analog output of SOC.

There are two circuits in the Hawk lithium iron phosphate battery, one to charge the battery and the other to power the equipment through the power supply. When charging, the device uses power supply. The plug connection between battery charging and discharging port and external charging and load shall be correct and reliable. The charging port (CHARGE) cannot be used for discharging; The discharge port (DISCHARGE) cannot be used for charging, otherwise it will damage the internal control circuit of the battery.

When the Hawk battery START light flashes, press the button gently to observe the power indicator. If the indicator is on for 5 spaces, it indicates that the battery is fully charged and the battery is overcharged. At this time, it is necessary to stop charging the battery. If the indicator light is not lit at all, it indicates that the battery has been discharged and the battery has been over-discharged for protection. At this time, it is necessary to stop the battery discharge.

Turn off the Hawk battery when it is not in use. If it is not used for a long time, the battery should be fully charged and stored, and attention should be paid to moisture and dust prevention. The battery shall be charged and maintained every three months.
