Common rail test bench BF 1866A is the equipment which used to test common rail injectors for many international well-known brand.This equipment consists of original CP3 pump and common rail pipe, frequency convetor,famous brand filter,humanized control interfaces,can control the parameters of the fuel pressure,pulse width,frequency and metering valve duty ratio. The equipment uses the measuring cup for testing, flow sensor can be added according to customer's need.
Features
1.The equipment can connect the Internet and do one click-loop control, and with ultrahigh pressure protection function. Real-time controlled by industrial computers, embedded operating system.More than 2700 kinds of injector data built-in can be inquired.
2.The rail pressure,pulse width,rotate speed,temperature will be displayed by 19 inch true color display screens,and the oil measuring test result display by measuring glasses. Intelligent PID arithmetic, the rail pressure will be more accurate under the closed-loop control.
3.Users can customize rail pressure,pulse width,fuel measuring time and other parameters.
4.Automatic switching ompulsing power source 12V/24V. Many language interfaces can be switched.
