Introduction
With the development of electronic technology and the improvement of people's requirements for vehicle emission indicators, a new
type of high-pressure diesel pump for diesel engines is entering the market more and more. This is the electronically controlled
high-pressure oil pump for diesel engines. The difference is mainly the speed governing mechanism and the pre-stroke adjustment
mechanism. Ordinary mechanical pumps use the principle of centrifugal force to achieve speed regulation, and the pre-stroke is
realized by adjusting the gasket. The electronically controlled high-pressure oil pump adopts an electromagnet or a linear motor
to realize the speed regulation. The size of the electric signal can change the fuel injection amount. The pre-stroke uses the
control sleeve added on the plunger or the internal cavity pressure controlled by the solenoid valve. (VE pump) is also completely
controlled by electrical signals. Here we only introduce the structure, principle and maintenance of the electronically controlled
high-pressure in-line pump. The electronically controlled high-pressure in-line pumps commonly found in China's market are mainly
electronically controlled pumps produced by Japan's Jack Sayre. They can be roughly divided into the following types: 1.
Mechanical governors, electronically controlled pre-strokes; 2. Electronic Governor, no pre-stroke control mechanism; 3,
electronic governor, electronic control pre-stroke.

consists of a linear DC motor, a link that transmits motion to the adjustment rack, a sensor that detects the position of the
rack, and the like. 2. Linear DC motor The linear DC motor consists of a cover plate, a magnet, a coil assembly, and an electrode.
The magnet forms a magnetic field, and the cover plate is for effectively guiding the magnetic field to form a magnetic field
path. The coil assembly energizes the wires in the magnetic field and, by interaction, receives the force and moves up and down.
3. Oil stop handle The oil stop handle is mounted on the shaft that passes through the sides of the actuator. The center of the
fulcrum of the connection is machined into an elliptical shape with a lock nut mounted on the shaft. In the non-operating position
of the oil stop handle, the oil stop nut does not hinder the action of the connecting rod. 4. Gear shift sensor The rack
displacement sensor is disposed at the upper portion of the governor to detect whether the adjustment rack is in the correct
position relative to the target position. The rack displacement sensor is composed of an E-shaped chip, two sets of coils and a
copper plate. One copper plate is mounted on the end of the adjustment toothed rod and the other is fixed on the E-shaped chip. 5.
Speed sensor The function of the speed sensor is to detect the indispensable parameter in the control - the engine speed, which
is mainly composed of electrodes, coils and magnets.
