If machine is delivered it by LCL, we will pack it with some necessary materials like wrapping film, shockproof film, pallet or wooden frame to secure the safe delivery. In this case, extra packing cost will be charged.

So if you want to appoint forwarder in China to organize the delivery for you, please kindly tell us this information in advance, we can check with your forwarder again for the port charges because they always quote a higher charge than we get.

A9: If you purchase the parts separately, we usually pack the spare parts by carton or plywood. Parts will be sent by courier like DHL or TNT or FEDEX.
