Specifications
EUP/EUI tester is used to test the EUI and EUP.
CAM BOX
Electronic Unit Injectors, Electronic Unit Pumps & Cam box
The repair tester is designed to perform repair tests for different type of Electronic Unit Injectors(EUI) and Electronic Unit Pumps(EUP). The tester consists of a mechanical cam box with specified EUI/EUP adapter kits and electronic controller.
The cam box will be driven by a standard high pressure fuel injection pump test bench.
The EUP/EUI being tested will be installed in the cam box with the adapter. The electronic controller provides signal to drive the EUP solenoid
synchronous with cam shaft rotation. The EUP fuel outlet is connected through high pressure fuel line to an injector.
The EUP fuel injection quantities can be checked at given speeds and loads to judge its quality.
Design features:
1. Four camshafts with four (4) levels of lift and constant cam velocity
2. Cam box mounting height 125mm (from the center of camshaft to bench mounting platform);
3. A speed sensor installed on the cam box for injection synchronization;
4. Feed back controlled and modulated driving current signal to ensure proper fuel injection of EUI/EUP, regardless of its solenoid characteristics;
5. User adjustable start of injection (SOI) angle and pulse width of solenoid driving signal;
6. Short circuit protection for the output circuitry of the solenoid driving signal;
7. Adapters for most EUIs/EUPs on the market, including Bosch, Delphi, Cummins, CAT, Mercedes Benz, Detroit Diesel, MTU, Freightliner,
Volvo, Scania, Iveco, DAF, Landrover, Renault, Deutz, Volkswangan.
